How do I apply?
Create a student account, complete your biodata and profile picture, then select a programme under My applications.
How do I pay my fees?
Check the bank instructions in Payments, make your transfer, and upload evidence with the transaction reference. The administrator confirms payments after checking bank records.
Where do I see my admission decision?
Open My applications in your portal. Admitted students can download a PDF admission letter.
How do I print my profile?
Open My profile and select Print profile / Save PDF. The print view includes your biodata, picture and academic summary. Choose A4 or Save as PDF in your browser print dialog.
How do assignments work?
Admitted students see assignments for their programmes. Submit your written answer or PDF/image attachment before the deadline. You can update ungraded work until the deadline.
When can I download my certificate?
Your admission must be approved, all modules completed, full fees confirmed and a passing final result approved by the administrator. Assignment marks are separate from the final approved result.
How can someone verify my certificate?
Use Verify certificate on the public website and enter the unique certificate number printed on your document.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Contact the academy administrator to request a password reset. Signed-in users can change their password under My profile.
How do I contact support?
Sign in and open Help & support. Create a request, choose a category and describe what you need. Replies appear in the same conversation.
